Spice Girls fans are in for a treat, with a special programme coming to BBC Radio 2.

Fearne Cotton will host a Sounds of the 90’s Spice Girls Special in which Melanie C shares what it was like to be in the world’s biggest girl band and then what it felt like to go solo. She chooses her favourite tunes from the decade from the likes of Madonna, the Happy Mondays and Mansun.

Ginger Spice Geri Haliwell plays Three Styler recalling an object, place and event from the 90s.

Also on the episode, and Torn singer Natalie Imbruglia takes us back to her Rave to Remember.

Fans can hear the show on Friday 21 August at 10pm. It will also be available to download as a podcast.
